Two realities

Yesterday I made contact with several people just by using my eyes. I asked them to say nothing as I did not want words to disturb our meeting. I wanted to avoid contact between two word producing minds. I wanted to make contact with the reality that lies behind words and stories. I wanted a honest meeting rather than becoming confused by words, words which I would have to think about and to which I would then have to answer to with more words.

While we looked at each other and while I ‘opened up’ to the other, I felt my words and thoughts turn silent. Without any design or judgement I let the other into my reality and by what my eyes ‘told’ me, I was able to feel love and knew that all was well. We were able to cry and laugh together. All ‘sins’ were forgiven. We accepted each other as we are. There was no more ego, no thought reality any more. We met without private aims. We did not interact, we were two individuals but one reality, united without differences.

And when I met these people again later in everyday reality, one that was filled with differences, words and interactions, just one short glance, one small touch was sufficient to exit that reality and to realize how temporary it all is.

Hopefully I may continue to show others the ways to live in this world full of pain, without losing themselves or submerging in it and to do so without causing pain, being overpowering or violent. I hope that I may show them the opportunities to be in this world in a loving, merciful and kind way.

I can not change the world, not even one person in it. But I can practice mercy and kindness myself as well as living in a world filled with differences without losing myself in it. When I get the chance I can show them the road that I am taking. The road which in the end leads to reality without differences. A reality in which every thing is united. A reality in which I can be together with you, now and then.
